To find a specific video, go to the Program Overview. Near the bottom of the page, view the Pose Index or search for the video using the search filters.

Why does the video stop and start continuously after I press play?

If you are experiencing poor playback of a video, it may be due to the speed Internet connection. Our videos are best viewed using connected, high-speed Internet such as Cable or T1.

I am trying to watch the videos using my school network, why aren't they playing?

If you are trying to watch Health and Wellness videos from your school but are unable to, it is possible that access to videos is being blocked by a firewall. Ask your technology administrator for assistance.
